The spark
Every one of us has had that moment: you leave the doctor’s office, sit in your car, and realise you’ve already forgotten the name of the medication they mentioned, or the specific instructions for your follow-up. You meant to ask about that persistent headache, but the appointment moved so quickly you never got the chance.
This happens to nearly everyone. Studies suggest patients forget up to 80% of what they’re told during a medical visit. For those managing chronic conditions or navigating complex diagnoses, this isn’t just frustrating — it directly impacts the quality of care you receive.
What Seenly does
We built Seenly around a simple loop: prepare, record, review.
Before your visit, Seenly helps you organise your thoughts. Build a symptom timeline so your doctor gets the full picture. Review your current medications. And let our AI suggest the questions most relevant to your appointment type — the ones you’ll be glad you asked.
During your visit, tap record. Seenly captures the conversation so you can focus on being present with your doctor, not scribbling notes.
After your visit, get your recording transcribed and summarised in three formats:
- A plain-language summary written for you
- A medical paraphrase you can share with other providers
- A clear list of action items — referrals, tests, prescriptions, follow-ups
Privacy at the core
Your health data is among the most sensitive information you have. We built Seenly with privacy as a foundational requirement, not an afterthought.
Every user’s data is isolated at the database level using row-level security policies. We can’t access your recordings, transcriptions, or summaries — and neither can anyone else. Your data is yours.
Getting started
Seenly is available now on iOS, Android, and the web. Our free plan gives you access to all prep tools and two AI summaries per month — enough to try it out and see the difference it makes.
When you’re ready for more, our Personal plan (£4.99/month) adds 60 minutes of transcription time, and the Pro plan (£12.99/month) gives you 200 minutes for those with more frequent appointments.
