up to 80%

of what a doctor tells you is forgotten by the time you get home, and nearly half of what you do remember is recalled wrong.

You nod along in the room. Then you get to the car park, and it’s gone: the dosage, the next step, the thing you meant to ask. Seenly is built for that gap between being told and remembering.

Health Threads

Care is a story, not a single visit

Most health apps forget everything the moment you close them. Seenly links every appointment for a condition into one Health Thread, holding recordings, summaries, outcomes and documents together, so you can see how “Type 2 diabetes management” has moved from May 2025 to today, and walk into the next visit with the whole history behind you.

  • One timeline per condition, spanning every clinician and clinic
  • Recordings, summaries, outcomes and letters attached to each visit
  • Resolve a thread when the issue is closed, or keep it running for chronic care

Your history stays with you, in one place, not scattered across clinics that never share their notes.

The product

Before, during and after your visit

From the moment you book to the follow-up weeks later, here’s exactly what Seenly does, on screen.

01

Walk in prepared

Build a symptom timeline, add your medications, and get AI-suggested questions tailored to the appointment. Condition-specific red flags tell you what needs urgent attention.

  • Symptom timeline with severity
  • A medication list you can reuse
  • AI-suggested questions to ask
  • Urgent-concern red flags
Seenly: Walk in prepared
02

Record the visit

Tap record when the appointment starts and stay present in the conversation. Recording continues in the background, with a built-in reminder to get everyone’s consent first.

  • One tap to start and stop
  • Keeps running in the background
  • Consent reminder built in
  • Up to 70 minutes per visit
Seenly: Record the visit
03

Understand what happened

After the visit, Seenly turns the recording into a clear summary, so you leave knowing what was said and what happens next, not guessing.

  • No medical jargon to decode
  • The key decisions, never missed
  • The original recording, always saved
Seenly: Understand what happened
04

Follow through

Outcomes capture the diagnosis, medications and follow-up date. Action items become tracked tasks, and clinic letters attach to the visit. Nothing slips through.

  • Diagnosis and medications saved
  • Follow-up date you won’t miss
  • Action items become tasks
  • Attach clinic letters and documents
Seenly: Follow through
For your whole family

You’re the one who keeps track

Somewhere between your own life and everyone else’s, you became the person who remembers. The daughter who drives her mum to the memory clinic and writes down what the consultant says. The parent tracking a child’s referrals. The partner who knows which medication changed, and when.

Manage health profiles for yourself, an ageing parent, a child, or a partner, each with their own threads, medications and history. Switch profiles in a tap, and record a visit for whoever you’re with. Built for the reality of holding a whole family’s care in your head.

After the visit

Every recording becomes three ways to understand

You leave with the conversation itself, and three clear reads of it, for catching up at home or sharing with your GP.

Plain-language summary

What the doctor said, in words anyone can understand.

Medical paraphrase

The same conversation in clinical terms, for your records or your GP.

Key points & actions

The decisions, medications and follow-ups pulled out as a checklist.

AI-generated. May contain errors. Seenly is not medical advice. Always verify with your healthcare provider.

Privacy by design

Your records stay yours

Row-level isolation

Every record is isolated at the database level, so no other account can reach yours. Access to health data inside Seenly is restricted, and we don’t read your records.

GDPR & UK GDPR

Built to UK and EU data-protection law, with servers in the United Kingdom and a data subject access request process.

We don’t train on your data

Your recordings and notes are never used to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Consent-first recording

The app prompts you to get consent before recording, and reminds you that Seenly isn’t a substitute for clinical advice.

We never see your card

When Seenly goes on sale, billing runs through the App Store and Google Play. Your card details go to Apple or Google, never to us.

Delete anytime

Close your account and your personal data is removed from our active systems. It’s your record to keep or erase.

A note from the founder

Seenly began with a simple, frustrating truth: we forget most of what happens in the room, exactly when it matters most.

Building Seenly so patients and the people they care for never leave an appointment unsure of what was said.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is it legal to record my doctor?

In the UK you can record your own consultation for personal use. Seenly builds consent into the recording itself: it prompts you to let everyone in the room know before you start. Rules vary by country and setting, so always check locally and respect a clinician’s wishes.

Is Seenly medical advice?

No. Seenly helps you prepare, record and understand your appointments. Its AI summaries are generated automatically, can contain errors, and are never a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

How is my data kept private?

Your data is isolated per-account with database row-level security, stored on UK servers, and handled under GDPR and UK GDPR. Transcription and summarising are carried out by specialist AI providers, which is disclosed in our privacy notice; we don’t train AI models on your data without consent. When Seenly goes on sale, billing will run through the App Store and Google Play, so we never see your card.

When does it launch, and what will it cost?

Seenly is in private testing with a small invited group, and reaches the App Store and Google Play in early access before public launch, which is planned for Q4 2026. Early access pricing is Personal at £5.99/month and Family at £11.99/month, and may change before public launch.

What does early access mean?

It means you can use the finished app before public launch, at a price held below what it will cost afterwards, and that your feedback carries real weight while the order of work is still being set. It is not a trial and not an unfinished product: everything on this page works today. What early access buys us is real appointments running through Seenly before we open it to everyone.

Can I manage appointments for my parents or children?

Yes. One account holds separate health profiles for the people you care for: a parent, a child, a partner, each with their own threads, medications and history. Switch between them in a tap.
